Operations Supervisor
Shannon Rhoades joined the Community Bank Owatonna staff in 2016 and has worked in the financial industry for more than 20 years. Although the banking industry has changed over the decades, one thing that has not changed for Shannon is her passion for helping others.
She was born and raised in rural Owatonna and currently resides in Ellendale, MN, with her daughter, Makenzi.
Shannon belongs to Vibrant Life Assembly of God Church in Ellendale and serves her ministry in many ways such as: a board member, a volunteer youth church teacher, a Mission's Committee member, and is actively involved with other church functions and activities. She enjoys camping, attending community activities, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends.
