Community Bank Owatonna is looking for a Supervisor of Bank Operations. This person will work directly with and report to the Bank President. Key responsibilities: Financial Reporting, Accounting and Controls, Budgeting and Forecasting, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Mitigation, Strategic Planning. A bachelor’s degree or five plus years of experience and/or training in a financial institution preferred.
- Personal Banker
We are looking for excellent communicators with solid knowledge of banking processes and products. Sales, banking and customer service experience can help you succeed in this role. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others with accuracy, is self-driven, and familiar with financial institution regulations. Experience preferred but willing to train the right person.
